Just the perfect taxi app

Very usefull and innovative app. I would recommand it for everyone who search a minicab in London.

The driver overcharged me by 5 pounds. When complaining at kabbee they told me to book a different car for the future. Thanks very much for that. See Kabbees answer below... Dear Joe, Were sorry you have had problems with your Kabbee booking. We have spoken to CJ Jet last night, and mentioned the drivers behaviour, and driving without a handsfree. This is completely unacceptable for Kabbee. We deactived this particular driver on the Kabbee system until he had presented with his new hands free to the office, where he has received some retraining from the office manager on customer service. With regard to the overcharge, our exchange partners recieve the exact booking information our customers enter into our app. In this case it seems that the vehicle needed was not selected whilst making the Kabbee booking. This is why the operations team at CJ Jet have called and the driver has asked for an additional £5. (CJ jet usually charge fare + 50% for this) Were sorry this has happened and suggest if you need a bigger vehicle like an MPV, you could select 6 people upon booking to get a 7 seater. If you need any further assistance, please get in touch. We are sorry you have had a bad experience, this was not representative of the Kabbee service in general.

Everything worked fine. The driver was punctual and I paid the agreed amount of money.

This app has made getting good taxi prices a breeze! Especially for the airport! However my gripe is that many times when I request quote and then try to book, I get an error message saying that I only have 90 seconds to book after receiving a quote. But Ill have confirmed immediately after the quote so it should work. When it does that I have to delete everything, wait a few minutes and then try again. That is a little frustrating.

Helps reduce cab costs drastically. Great app, user friendly.

Ive found it impossible to pay with credit card through the App! Not properly working!

Im in the US trying to book a minicab from heathrow to my hotel in London. My first booking got mysteriously cancelled. My further tried where met with a mysterious "something went wrong, try again later" error.

We tried using this app while in London. Our first ride went fine; however, things went down after that. Both us and our drivers were provided with incorrect information-phone numbers, vehicle information and locations. We had 2 ride requests cancelled because of this. We stopped using this app after a couple of these fiascos and started using Gett with no issues.

I never knew booking a cab in London would be this easy and finding them this cheap!! Amazing app I cant wait to start booking more and more trips around London with this app!! Keep it up

This app does not work and a complete waste of time. I have tried making a booking several times and it dies not work. Same problem on their website. Junk!!

I have no complaints with Kabbee. A very efficient and beneficial app and service. My driver was equally efficient and a gentleman.

The interface needs some work. Its difficult to return to the start and begin a new booking and some selection boxes tend to lock up the screen but the service itself it great.

Easy to set up and good prices. Havent had pickup yet but friends that used it says cabs arrive on time

Loved the pay by account option as I didnt have to negotiate payment at the end of my trip. Great interface.
